Early-bird registration is October 12, 2026 through March 26, 2027.
Standard registration starts March 27, 2027 through the conference.

Vendor / Contractor* – an individual or company which provides products or services to one of HCSRN’s member institutions. Sole proprietors or individuals employed by the company providing products or services are not considered employees of the HCSRN member institution and must register using the vendor/contractor category. To be eligible for consideration for the HCSRN member registration rate, a contractor must have HCSRN member credentials including an email address for the HCSRN member organization and must register with that address.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations received by February 24, 2027, will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after February 24, 2027.

Substitution Policy

If you know someone else who is interested in attending, payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person. Please email [email protected] to initiate the substitution. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration and can be made prior to the conference or onsite at the Conference Registration Desk.
