HILTON Troubleshooting Guide

Please be vigilant regarding companies or services other than HCSRN, Capitol Hill Management Services, or the Hilton Vancouver Washington Hotel that imply or claim an affiliation with HCSRN2027 Annual Conference. There are several scam organizations trying to sell discounted hotel rooms or conference attendee lists. These companies look authentic and may use the organization or conference logo. They are not affiliated or endorsed by HCSRN, CHMS, or the Hilton Vancouver Washington Hotel. Hotel reservations made through any other agency, or third party will be at your own risk. If you are contacted by a housing company attempting to sell hotel rooms, please notify the HCSRN Office at [email protected].
